Welcome To Grandeur
African Football Academy

GAFA is the first private football academy, providing football courses alongside academic studies for aspiring footballers of younger ages and older. The courses we offer range from one week to three years combined. Specialist football training with a first-class education.

The quality of the Academy has seen former students succeeding at professional football clubs within Africa or a significantly higher level in their home country, with many going on to represent their national teams.

With a philosophy centred around player and personal development, our Academy staff are committed to remaining at the forefront of modern-day coaching methods. All our Staff here at the Academy are, at minimum, UEFA A licensed coaches, and our experience in providing players with the ultimate professional experience is evident in the attention to detail of our program.

We aim to provide players with the tools they need to become successful, and with countless years of experience and many of the Staff’s current/former high-level players, the level of coaching at GAFA is second to none.

OUR PROGRAMS

OUR METHODOLOGY

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We improve the technical level of camp attendees by helping increase the player’s knowledge and establish habits as a basis for their tactical and technological evolution.

SELF IDENTITY

We guide the player to become leaders, fostering the values of sacrifice, courage, and teamwork.
The goal is that this identity has to be applied both on and off the field.

INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT

The development of each player is placed at the heart of each session as we look to improve all aspects of a player’s game throughout the camp.

DECISION MAKING

To enable the individual to make effective decisions and develop the speed of thought to adapt to changing scenarios and challenges each player may face in-game systems.

ACADEMY EXPERIENCE

We are providing tour Groups with a snapshot into the daily life of our Academy Players here in South Africa through an authentic experience. Does your group have what it takes to live like professionals?
